Davao City (November 14, 2016) --- Park Inn by Radisson Davao welcomed the holiday season with its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last Friday, November 11, 2016.

This year, the hotel’s holiday tree and guest areas are decked in green, gold and red accents, reminiscent of a classic Christmas motif.
Ms. Elizabeth Sy, President of SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, graced the ceremony which was attended by corporate clients, media, in-house guests, VIP’s and affiliates within the SM group of companies. The cocktail event was also attended by little VIP’s from the Love the Children Foundation.
A child from the Love the Children Foundation joined Ms. Elizabeth Sy and Ms. Emelyn Rosales in lighting up the Christmas tree. As soon as they pressed the button, Christmas lights around the hotel turned on and the USEP Polifonica Chorale began the choir.
Guests were served with savory items such as RBG Charcuterie, Salmon Tartare on Squid Ink Cone with Sesame Dressing, Mini Pomelo Seafood Salad, Davao Ceviche, Honeydew Wrapped with Prosciutto, Hummus, Eggplant Roll with Herbed Chevre & Mozzarella.
The Rainbow Naked Drip Cake also took center stage on the Dessert station together with Coffee Mousse Chocolate Tarte, Mangosteen Cotton Cheesecake , Calamansi Meringe Tartlets, Orange Chocolate Truffle Topped with Candied Zest, Macarons Croqumbouche, Ginger Infused Chocolate Mousse, Durian Cheesecake Squares and Mango Caramel Cake
