NEW YEAR RESOLUTION: Can Change your Life?

Do you have a NEW YEAR RESOLUTION?

I really don't have a NEW YEAR RESOLUTION.  I don't have the time to keep track. For me, why wait for January to change lives.  If you don't like your LIFE, change it!  Don't wait for the NEW YEAR to come.

A bit strange, but I am like that.  Maybe because I always fail every time I keep a journal on what to do and not to do.  I love the line, "YOU GO WITH THE FLOW and NEVER STOP".  Well this is just my motto in life, and I believe whether you have a NEW YEAR RESOLUTION or not, just keep on believing that LIFE is like a wheel it goes up and down.  Do not STOP if you fall down, get up and move on.

Setting goals is not bad.  I too have my own goals but I don't depend too much from it.  I am afraid that I will not get my expectations.  It will just give me STRESS and ANTICIPATION.

Others love to have their NEW YEAR RESOLUTION, well piece of advice here:  DON'T MAKE IT TOO GENERAL.  MAKE IT MORE FOCUS.  SET GOAL and BE MORE SPECIFIC.

  6. I agree with you that Focus is the key in achieving goals. As you said, why wait for New Year as a beginning, where you can change any day because tomorrow is a new day! Happy New Year!

  7. I agree with you :) I personally don't prefer creating new year's resolution as well. However, I do keep track of my progress. I don't list the things I want to do before doing it. I prefer the other way around. When I accomplish something, I list them down ^^ It keeps me motivated.

Anyway, happy new year sis! :)

  9. Until this year, I always used to have a New Year's resolution. But because of everything I've learned this year, I don't think its necessary anymore. :) All I know is that I'll enjoy 2013, even without any resolutions. :) Happy New Year!

  16. We are free to strive for betterment any way we choose. The thing is not to settle for negative things because of repeated failure. Success doesn't come easy.

  18. i really don't make new years resolution, but always read it in many sites, as well as new years' quotes which give us motivation to change for the better as always.

  19. I totally agree with your thoughts about resolutions. We should aspire to be better persons everyday. We should do whatever responsibilities we have with much enthusiasm. It's always New Year everyday.

  20. same here... if you have something to do or need to change, then do something about it. you need not do it at the beginning of each year. happy new year, raine. Yahweh bless.

  21. Just like you, I don't make a New Year's Resolution list. I do have goals which I follow every year. Become a better person, perform better at work and become wiser when it comes to money matters.

    Happy new year!

  22. well... i agree with you that you don't need a New Year to change your life. If there's something that needs tweaking then don't wait for anything to start. I also believe that goals are important to one's life... as they say “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”
