More Than an Actor Wearing a Racing Helmet

Although widely recognized for his work as an actor, Ohm has steadily built a reputation as someone willing to pursue challenges beyond the entertainment industry.

It’s part of his documented transition from acting to competitive racing with the TNP Yamaha team in Thailand’s BRIC Superbike series, specifically the Superstock 1000 class.

Motorcycle racing demands physical endurance, discipline, quick decision-making, and immense courage. Every race presents real risks, making his continued commitment to the sport a reflection of his determination to grow both personally and professionally.

Those close to TNP Motorsport have often described Ohm as a rider who listens carefully, trains seriously, and constantly seeks to improve with every session on the track.

Jom Thanapa Opens Up About Ohm's Thoughts

Following the race weekend, Jom Thanapa a well-known figure in the Thai motorsport community, recognized primarily as the team manager of TNP Motorsport. She acts as a mentor and dedicated support system for rising Thai athletes, most notably taking care of GMMTV actor and superbike racer Ohm Pawat, shared a heartfelt message that gave fans a glimpse into Ohm's state of mind.

According to Jom, Ohm admitted that there are moments when he feels as though he is walking his journey alone—not only in motorcycle racing but sometimes in his career as an actor as well. He shared that he occasionally wonders whether people are still following his work, supporting his races, or keeping up with his acting projects.

He once told me, "Mom, there aren't many FCs (fans) who still support me anymore. There are only this many left."

I told him that it has never been about the number of people. What truly matters is having people who genuinely love and care about you.

I see the same fans coming to every race to support him. Sometimes, I even feel a little guilty because last year there were so many track events, yet they still traveled long distances every single time just to cheer him on.

Thank you to every fan who continues to stand by his side and give him strength. Happiness isn't measured by how many people there are, but by the sincerity behind their support. Genuine love and care are what truly create happiness.

Thank you once again to all of his fans for always giving him your love, encouragement, and concern.

Rather than letting those feelings discourage him, Jom said the team chose to stand beside him even more firmly. Her message served as a reminder that behind every race weekend is a support system that believes in his abilities, even during moments when he questions himself.

She emphasized that TNP Motorsport is committed to helping Ohm grow step by step as a racer. The team's goal is not simply to chase podium finishes, but to provide him with a safe environment where he can continue gaining experience, building confidence, and developing his skills for years to come. Safety Comes Before Everything Else

Jom also revealed an important detail that reassured many fans concerned about Ohm's well-being.

According to her, Ohm no longer rides motorcycles on public roads. Both of his personal motorcycles are now kept under her care as part of the team's commitment to his safety. (Source)

Whenever the motorcycles are needed for filming, promotional work, or content creation, permission must first be obtained from Jom. She personally delivers the motorcycles to the location and collects them once filming has concluded.

The arrangement reflects TNP Motorsport's philosophy that rider safety should always come first. Every decision—from protective equipment to race participation and even the use of Ohm's motorcycles outside the circuit—is carefully considered to minimize unnecessary risks.

For fans, Jom's message offered reassurance that while Ohm continues to pursue his passion for motorsports, he does so under careful guidance and with a team that prioritizes his safety above all else.

Looking Ahead

Ohm Pawat's appearance at the NEXZTER BRIC Superbike Championship 2026 demonstrates that his journey in motorsports is far from over.

While he continues to build an impressive career in the entertainment industry, racing remains another passion through which he challenges himself, learns resilience, and continues to grow.

Whether performing in front of the camera or racing on one of Thailand's most demanding circuits, Ohm continues to embrace every opportunity with determination, humility, and courage.

As TNP Motorsport stands firmly behind him, fans can look forward to supporting not only the actor they admire, but also the racer who continues to chase his dreams—one lap at a time.

It’s tied to his role as a Yamaha racer for TNP Motorsport, competing in Thailand’s BRIC Superbike series at Chang International Circuit in Buriram. Ohm has been documenting his shift from acting to professional motorcycle racing, often riding a Yamaha YZF-R1 or YZF-R6 in the Superstock 1000 class. The post captures the serious, professional side of his racing preparation.

As someone who has followed Ohm Pawat's journey, I have come to admire not only the actor who brings characters to life on screen but also the racer who refuses to stop chasing a dream that exists beyond the spotlight.

What touched me most wasn't simply seeing him return to the racetrack—it was learning that, like many people, he also has moments of doubt and wonders if anyone is still walking beside him. I hope he knows that genuine support is never measured by numbers. It's measured by the people who continue to believe in him, celebrate his victories, and stand by him through every challenge.

To Ohm, thank you for reminding us that dreams don't have to fit into just one profession. You can be an exceptional actor while pursuing your passion for motorsports with the same dedication and humility.

To TNP Motorsport and Ms. Jom Thanapa, thank you for protecting not just a racer, but a person whose safety will always matter more than any finish line.

Here's to many more successful projects on screen, safe races on the circuit, and the continued journey of a man who inspires others simply by having the courage to follow his heart.

Stay safe, Ohm. We'll continue cheering for you—whether you're standing in front of the camera or behind the visor of a racing helmet.
