Last September 13, 2025, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Huawei XMAGE Roadshow at the SM Expansion Wing Activity Area in Davao City. The event was all about celebrating the art of photography with the new Huawei Pura 80 Series—and as someone who loves capturing moments, I couldn’t miss it.
A Creative Space for Photography Enthusiasts
The roadshow venue was buzzing with energy—filled with photographers, tech enthusiasts, and curious mall-goers who wanted to experience Huawei’s latest innovation. Different stations were set up to showcase the XMAGE philosophy, which emphasizes artistry, creativity, and storytelling through images.
Aside from product demos, there was also an inspiring photo exhibit featuring works from photographers and Huawei Pura 80 Series users. Participants could submit their entries across 8 exciting categories, including “So Far So Close” and “Colour and Shade.” To make things even more exciting, Grand Prize winners will receive USD 10,000, making it not just a celebration of creativity but also a truly rewarding opportunity for passionate photographers. The competition concluded on September 15, 2025, but its spirit was very much alive at the Davao roadshow.
