Traveling is always an exciting adventure, but it becomes even more special when shared with like-minded individuals. This time, I had the privilege of traveling to Makati City with fellow Davao social media personalities, traditional media representatives, bloggers, influencers, and digital creators. We departed from Davao to Manila right on schedule, making sure to maximize our time for this exciting trip. Upon arrival, we headed straight to Crown Regency Hotel, our home for the next two days. After checking in, we wasted no time indulging in a well-deserved late lunch at Manam, Greenbelt 3—a feast that set the tone for the rest of our foodie adventures.
With our stomachs satisfied, we took advantage of our free time to explore Makati, a city bustling with modern skyscrapers, high-end shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife. As we roamed around, we soaked in the city’s energy, appreciating its dynamic blend of business and leisure. But as the day wore on, fatigue started creeping in, prompting us to return to our hotel for some much-needed rest.
Rejuvenated, we headed out for dinner at Fely J’s, a restaurant known for its delightful Filipino dishes. The night didn’t end there—after our meal, we had another round of free time to explore the city, making the most of our first day in Makati.

The next day, we woke up early at 4:45 AM (yes, commitment is key!) and had breakfast at 6 AM, fueling ourselves for what would be the highlight of our trip.
