In my case I have an ANDROID Phone so I avail their ANDROID PHONE SETTINGS:
Honestly, this is my second call with them, it's like playing musical chairs before you actually get to speak to the right department. Then tell me to wait for a call from their Technical Team and give me an incident report number.
Received my INCIDENT REPORT NUMBER and a text not a call from 2300 to ACTIVATE my GPRS and HANDSET SETTINGS. Since my SIM is already activated and my Access Point is already SUN WAP, I proceed to http://wap.suncellular.com.ph and click the link access FACEBOOK ZERO.
