I'm saying goodbye (and good riddance) to my 2021 Personalized Journal. And saying hello to my 2022.
It's probably fair to say that this has been one of the worst years in recent times. With the pandemic, we live, learn and create a sense-making narrative, shaping and reflecting cultural ideas and experiences. And by putting all that in a journal by writing it down your tasks, goals, and notes, it helps alleviate the most important thing in life — being grateful and bringing in good vibes only.
My Personalized Journal for this year is more on a lined page to write down my thoughts and record my daily activities and events.
While there are many apps available online that will help me organize my life, nothing beats the feeling of writing it down on pen and paper/notebook. As I say, I like to record my daily events in my life, make a note of how I feel after a meeting or date (just like a diary), wrote down the noteworthy things that happened during my day so that I can remember them and reflect on them.
I will also write my wins and celebration. The idea here is that whatever circumstances excites me, that gives me the feeling that I've won. Like clients approval and other event invitations, etc.
Of course, I have goals, so I will also write down my to-do list here. Making my own time frame to achieve my goals and how I'm going to approach it. Hmm... this sounds interesting and a challenge to me at the same time! Just think positive Jean 😜😍😘. Aja!
I love watching Korean drama. This journal will be the same with my 2021 Personalized Journal. I will write down all my KDrama that I will watch for this year, my favourite drama in one place planner, and I will also collect inspiring quotes from the drama, this is a good thing to do to keep me empowered.
Not to forget the REMINDER NOTE part, wherein I put my bill payments & collections. And my domain renewal too! 😁🤟
What I like about my 2022 Personalized Journal is that, even we are already in a digital world wherein cellphone and gadgets is the fastest mean of communication and we can dial and call people directly on our phone, this journal still have the old way of keeping the name and addresses of people to call to.
I'm going to write down a list of people that I want to have at least a half-hour phone conversation with, like my senior aunties and uncles who are not into gadget thingy. Keeping a promise and by giving them a call will also help me boosts my mood vice versa.
My Personalized Journal for this year is plain and simple. Writing a too detailed plan will only lead me to disappointment, so instead, I'm making a plan per month only, that includes things I really want and I always wanted to do and be. This will be my source to create a self-improvement guide for myself well-being and also for my work progression.
Goodbye 2021. Hello 2022.
BUTTERFLY means not only beautiful, but also a metaphor of representing spiritual rebirth, transformation, change, hope & life.

Blogging is the reason why I am hooked into journalizing. Writing becomes easier having a journal.
From years of blogging, there was so much to do to clear out of my head, and I wanted to start with a good number of posts before sharing it to my social media platforms. Having a journal, is a great help because I had to create a schedule to produce a good article consistently.
To start my year, I need to have a journal that I really want, a touch of personalize journal – not just a simple diary with friends and family. I want it more flexible and fabulous planner with my MONTHLY & WEEKLY calendar spread and I needed a way to keep track of it all!
How can I do that? How do I even figure out what is working? On top of all this, as a WAHM I have to also keep track of ideas and financials. I searched for a personalize journal online there are bazillion to choose from, but none of them were meeting my needs (I'm on a tight budget though), so I need to have a journal that meets my budget too!
Then, I was introduced to the Chyrel Nahine journal through a Facebook post by a friend. And I love her lists and was intrigued by her works, but I am a visual person – I need to see her works personally, but it's pandemic so I message her and ask about her journal. She sends me a video showing what inside her personalized journal. And it is exactly what I needed to get a handle on my blog tracking and ideas all in one spot. Future planning, performance tracking, promotions, financials, Korean Drama list, etc.
If you've never seen it before, here is My Personalized Journal for 2021 from my YouTube channel.
A Personalized Journal is Perfect for as WAHM especially mom's who are working multi-functional.
Write want you want.
As a Blogger, having a journal is a must. It's part of my work to track everything. If you are familiar with a Bullet Journal it's like that.
Though some journal will look the same but mine is customized. Because I got the chance to say what I want, what will be the outcome. Overwhelmed with the result, every detail is well sorted. Yes, my journal is ready and was personalized by me!
Planning to have your own journal? Managing once activities every single detail includes simple planning ahead and tracking your accomplishments. This will help and guide you to be flexible and save time in scheduling posts and plan weeks or months in advance. Just like me, while watching Korean drama and eating pizza is much more pleasurable because all are given time on what to do next. Having the journal it helps me make changes on what are my priorities. I can see and compare the results with my Monthly and Weekly trends.
From MONTHLY, WEEKLY & NOTES all your screens on one journal.
Nowadays, you can't find a simple & cheaper Personalized Journal. This kind of a journal for as WAHM & as Blogger are going to save time & money. To write, video blog, etc., is a task that needs attention.
YEAR PLANNER BY MONTH
A day to day monthly outline that can be seen at-a-glance after you open the Journal cover. Here, I can see what is scheduled for the day, such as birthdays, anniversary, holidays, important meetings and occasions. What I do that day, like paying bills and/or going to the bank or insurance.
MONTHLY PLANNER BY WEEK
A day to day weekly outline. As for now, I am listing all my ongoing Korean Drama per episode I've watched. By February, I'm going to list all my upcoming and ongoing Paid, Guest and Sponsored Collaboration with foreign clients and companies.
At the lower part of my journal is the IMPORTANT PLAN. Here, I'm going to put my BILL PAYMENT PER MONTH and EXPENSES.
NOTES
This is where I will put my Blog Tracking and Miscellaneous files and accounts. It will be my used section of the journal, wherein I'll draw bullet to log or mark my Monday to Sunday schedules in posting if they're done or not. A place of notes, like quotes, Bible verses, blog title, vlog planners, playlists, my reshares of current and older blog posts and/or sample of conversation starters, etc.
It's hard to keep track of all my blog ideas as well as my work as Social Media Manager and Copywriter. I have three sites to handle, that's why I have multiple threads going at once in my journal. So maybe I'll add here my ideas on each blog site, some post-it notes all over.
As I said, the journal becomes my social media companion as a Virtual Worker. It helped me become more consistent, organized, well-planned person and that made me a Journal Enthusiasts. If you want this Personalized Journal, just message @chyrel.nahine FACEBOOK account. Hope my journal can help you with some ideas on how you can maximize time, grow your blog as well as balanced your lifestyle.
Yes, I am a busy mom and to keep my life more easier I make my own journal for the past years to stay on schedule.
While you can use your mobile phone app to schedule your life activities, I found it easier to have it on my own. But this time, instead of making my own blogger planner for this year 2016, I was hook by this planner called AGENDA.
THE COVER
I bought this planner very cheap, only PHp79.00 at Gaisano South Mall Davao. A planner is one of the best blogger mom accessories, very affordable for a budget mother like me. I am a visual person, I don't depend so much with the gadgets, especially when the phone battery dies or the SD CARD accidentally corrupted and you forget to back it up and lose everything. This planner will allow me to keep track on different schedules, read notes and appointments, in that way I can see and read it in front of me. I feel immediately in love with the customize front, it has a quote starter in every page you wanted to open. Front Page is for the CALENDAR. Here you can customize the month by way of writing or used stickers instead of writing it down.
THE FRONT PAGE
What I like about this, is that I can put my weekly and daily activities in one space --- and that is in my monthly views!
Monthly/Daily Activities
Next page is for my FAVORITES. This is where I'll put my favorite place, food, things, and/or a special day markers, schedules for group syndication's, and more...
One of my favorite thing about this planner is the spiral bound thingy, printed on recycled paper, meaning I can removed or re-used this from time-to-time. No more re-writing the ADDRESS book. This is the place I will put all my friends contact & addresses, birthdays, email, etc...
It's a great way for every mom to keep her thoughts, motivation, and inspiration together in one place - inside a NOTES.
And to make it a DIY Planner and opt for a more personalized printable one, this planner is quite fabulous! There is a portion that you can hang or clip or cut a little clipboard (it looks like a card for birthdays or anniversary) that you can put it into your desk or punch a hole into to and pass it out just to remind a friend for a great CHIT-CHAT.
Every year, I see to it that I have a new journal planner for my blogging.
For me, a planner is a perfect accessory to compliment my busy activities as a mother and as a blogger. I couldn't survive without it! It's a calendar, folio, notepad and an alarm to remind me of my daily, weekly and monthly activities for 2016. Here are some awesome and cute Best Blogger Planner for 2016 that you can buy online:
So that's it, if you want to have a chic and cute-awesome blog planner you can buy it at your nearest bookstore, malls, online shop and/or make a DIY Blogging Planner.
Thanks guys for reading my post..
have an awesome day ahead!
I start making my own Blogger Planner last 2013 (CLICK HERE). And I found out that to have a planner is making yourself organize and everything you do, having a better time management by monitoring all the activities you have for that day and you will have in the days to come. My 2013 Blogger Planner is a personal bound book, very simple and what's inside is all about Bloggers Activities, like keeping your writing ideas and blog topics and titles. So the next year 2014, I searched for a planner that works for me and I found the site of the Blogging Garden. The planner is still all about Bloggers Activities added with the Blog Finances(CLICK HERE), though I love the idea of this planner, but the pages were not exactly what I needed. As a single-working mom, I have to include also my children not just my blogging and finances but also my children's school schedules and activities. For this year 2015 I have come across with these two sites HAND MADE HOME and the WIFE.MOTHER.TEACHER. Both are excellent for this year Blogger Planner because they all have what I needed. I followed Hand Made Home ideas to make a Blog Planner out of an old binder use in school. In my case, I still have my unused college book binder so it is not so hard for me to make a DIY Book Binder.
Download the Hand Made Home and Wife.Mother.Teacher BLOGGER'S PLANNER printables for FREE.
What you need: Wall Paper/Gift Wrapper Puncher Scissor Ruler Invisible Tape
This time, I am using invisible tape called ARMAK.
I used invisible tape now to make my planner neat and clean, though it appears frosty on the roll but invisible on paper. See sample here:
You cannot easily distinguish that there is a tape used.
Materials needed are all in, let's proceed to my DIY Blogger Planner step-by-step procedures. (1)Cover the unused book binder. Since it is already old, I have to cover it with a wall paper(or you can use gift wrapper).
(2)I separate and segregate the pages. I used Wife.Mother.Teacher printables as my first page, the likes of the cover page, 2015 Bucket List and Notes. Followed by Hand Made Home Monthly Calendars.
I like that my BUCKET LIST is on the front page of the planner so that I will know what are the things that are already DONE and things that needed to be added. Though some of the pages from Wife.Mother.Teacher printables are not here because it is not needed in my planner's list like the list of Holidays(not applicable in the Philippines). You can see here that my blog planner is divided into sections. I have my Weekly/Daily tracker of Blogging, Exercising, To Do List, Shopping List, Meal Plan, Appointments >>> these where I list my schedules and activities of my children in their school like meetings and seminars, list of important sites that I owned (keep my user name and passwords), list of post topic, etc.
At the later part of each page I used the Hand Made Home printable's wherein I can put my SUMMARY OF FINANCES, CLEANING SCHEDULE, LIST MY IDEAS AND INSPIRATION and LESSON PLANNER located at the SUBJECT & SUMMARY page.
Staying on track with your children's activities is what I love to do, exercising throughout the day, schedules from playtime to studying and recording the list of subjects needed for review.
I love my 2015 Blogger Planner, it's not just a Blog Planner but also a JOURNAL of all my activities and my children's activities at the same time. Different features easy to download, visit the sites stated above and make you own Blogger Planner now for FREE!
By the way, here are my previous planners from last year, together with my 2015 Planner:
