In 2015 I've had also several negative experiences of LBC delivering by Lazada items (very long stories). But to Lazada's credit, they have been made aware of this recurring problem and have been using LBC lesser now compared to 1-2 years ago. Nowadays, almost all of my Lazada deliveries are delivered by LEX. The past 150+ items delivered to me in Cebu have all been delivered by LEX. Pero sa loob ng 3 days na yan, lagi kong chinicheck yung tracking website ng lbc. Tapos April 23, I checked the lbc website, nakalagay sa status na in-transit at updated April 23, around 10 a.m. So nagtaka ako bakit wla man lang ibang details. So ginamit ko yung tracking number ko at tinry ko pinalitan yung last digit, hanggang may nakita din akong package sa new track id. So nakita ko na may details talaga yung package nya simula sa origin. So ba't sa tracking number ko wala man lang ka deta detalye. So ayon akala ko ganon lang. Edi nag intay pa din ako. April 24, walang dumating. Chineck ko uli sa lbc website, walang details in transit pa rin. Tapos April 25, ganun pa din in transit. Tapos ngayong April 26, mga umaga chineck ko yung lbc website, in transit pa din. Kung ano yung nakita ko nung April 23, yun pa din. Tapos nung hapon na nakatulog ako. Tapos nagising ako mga 3:34pm. Nakita ko may nag missed call saken mga 2:56pm. Edi tinext ko kung sino. Di na nagreply. Dalawang beses kong tinext. Tapos chineck ko ngayong gabe lng sa lbc website, nagulat ako na na RTO yung pina deliver ko. Na " whaaaat?!" Ganon lang yun? Mga 2:26 pm naka lagay out for delivery. Tapos ayon 2:56 may missed call ako pero di ko nasagot tulog ako eh. Tapos yung update nla na 3:06pm consignee unknown call text no reply eh kasi tulog nga talaga ako. Tapos 3:34 pm nagising ko ayon tinext ko agad yung nag missed call. Tapos may update pa silang 3:37pm na out for delivery. Tapos 7:18 pm RTO. Yung saken lg, di man lang nag text ng mas maaga na ma re receive mo na pala yung package. So I saw Lazada selling Valentino watches. I bought it at March 23, together with a Belo Spray, because I don't want to pay the shipping fee, I just added another item to cover it. On that week, they processed the other item and it says that they already shipped it, after 2 days I got the Belo Spray. <br /><br />Then I started to wait last March 26th, onwards.. and dumaan ang Holy Week. I called them on April 1st, telling me naman na hinihintay parin nila yung item from the supplier and once they got it sa warehouse nila ipapadeliver, so I said okay. Natapos ang Holy Week, dumaan ang Monday. Gosh wala parin, then I called April 7th. Ang sabi sakin, nacancel na yung order ko, ang sabi ko dun sa babae, "wow kung hindi pa ko tatawag hindi ko pa malalaman." then told me na hindi na daw kasi available ung item and ieemail pa lang ako about the order. As in super nairita ako, then ipprocess na lang daw ung refund. I got the refund after 2 days.
